horse for both English and
Western disciplines. A fashion
show of riders' apparel for both
disciplines will be featured. *Store will be open for business during this special event from 10am - 8pm.

June 14th, 2008 :
Course and Jump Building at
Lucky Horse Farm,
Granby MA Learn how to build your own jumps out of low cost materials. Additionally, there will be instruction in the proper
techniques for setting courses of jumps for training and shows.

July 19th, 2008 :
Longeing and Long-Lining
at Windy Hill
Stables,
Granby, MA
Exercises for developing the
rider’s balance, seat, and effectiveness of aids on the horse. Longeing
and long-lining as a way of developing balance and coordination in the
horse.

August 23rd, 2008 :
Flat Work and Gymnastic Clinic at
Dufresne Park Arena, Granby, MA
Building effective communication of horse and rider through proper flat
work. Building the horse’s athletic potential through varied gymnastic
exercises.
All clinics will be held on Saturdays, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Lucky Riders
will be selected to participate in
Shaina’s
2008 Pipeline Program
which includes attendance at all below listed clinics free of charge.

This program is
open to riders between the ages of 16-21 who have use of a horse for
show jumping purposes, and have an interest in the sport of show
jumping. Riders must be able to provide their own transportation of
themselves and horse to clinics where information is being presented. A
List of clinicians and their locations will be announced at a later
date. Possible Nutrena®
Sponsored Riders for these clinics are: Ann Kursinski, Peter Leone,
McLain Ward, and Leslie Howard.
All interested
riders need to submit the following:

Completed application

Brief biography detailing your riding experience, background,
and career highlights.

Completed and signed Lucky Horse Farm Liability Release
-
$200 application fee made payable to Lucky Horse Farm
-
2 photographs- 1 head shot (school photo is fine), 1 jumping picture
